Every day, our Geeks visit customers who have experienced data loss because of faulty or failed hard drives. Don’t leave your personal data at risk of unrecoverable loss! We can configure an on-going, automatic backup of all of your most important files including those precious family photos and important financial records. Here’s what will be done onsite:
Transfer data from your old computer to your new computer
We’ll begin by configuring your new computer so that it works how you expect and would like it to. After that, we’ll also transfer all of the data that’s important to you from your old machine to the new one so that you have all the files you need in exactly the right places.
Setup an automated backup of your data
An automated backup of your data will be configured so that you have one less thing to worry about every day! It will be backed up in one of two ways, both of which will be offered and explained by your technician: with an external hard drive (‘geek speak’ for a portable device that will be connected to your computer and will store your data) or in the cloud (‘geek speak’ for online using special software).

Automatically backing up. I’ve been manually backing up to USB flash drives for years. Kennie seen my issue while cleaning up my computer. He must be a mind reader. Now, I don’t have to try an remember to back now.
